Robert Gillette

United States Navy, Veteran – Chair

Robert Gillette is an eight-year Navy Veteran. Since moving to Maryland, Robert has been involved in many philanthropic and community organizations including the Howard County Commission for Veterans and Military Families, Habitat for Humanity and the Howard County Autism Society.

Wanda L. Riddle

United States Navy, Ret. – Vice Chair

Wanda L. Riddle retired from the Navy after 30 years of service having achieved the rank of Captain. She is an active member of American Legion Post 156, previously serving on the Post Executive Committee, and former Co-Chair of the Howard County Commission for Veterans and Military Families.

Daniel Kim

United States Army, Veteran – Treasurer

Dan Kim, CPA, served as a mental health specialist in the Army for six years. Afterward, he served as a supervisory auditor at the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) for nine years. He is now the managing partner of Chevron & Rockers, LLP, specializing in accounting for government contractors.

Cole Schnorf

United States Army, Veteran – Fundraising Chair

Cole Schnorf is a four-year Veteran of the U.S. Army as well as the son of an Army Veteran and father to a son on active duty in the Army. His brother, who served in the Marines, made the ultimate sacrifice. Cole worked with the ARC of Howard County on their capital campaign for a new headquarters and is an avid supporter of Special Olympics of Maryland. He also serves on the Chamber of Commerce Legislative and Government Affairs Committee.

Lisa Terry

Military Spouse

Lisa Terry serves as the Manager of the Howard County Office for Veterans and Military Families. In addition, she is the Board Chair of the Bright Minds Foundation and is a youth mentor through Ohana of Howard County, Inc. Her husband, Jack, is a U.S. Air Force Veteran.

Jamie Gillette

Military Spouse

Jamie Gillette is the wife, sister and daughter of U.S. Navy Veterans. She served as a volunteer martial arts instructor with Tristar Martial Arts of Mount Airy for over 10 years. She is also a key supporter of the Jake Offutt Foundation and served on the Advisory Board for Premier Health Express, a VA authorized health care provider.

Howard Mooney, Jr.

United States Army, Ret.

Howard T Mooney, Jr., retired from the U.S. Army Reserves after 30 years of service having achieved the rank of Major General. He has been recognized by the Army Transportation Corps as a distinguished member of the regiment and holds the Ancient Order of Saint Christopher Award. Howard is a former chair of the Howard County Commission for Veterans and Military Families.

Jeff Agnor

Jeff Agnor is an attorney with Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny in Howard County. He provides counsel to businesses, owners and investors regarding business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and business succession.

Kim Agnor

Kim Agnor is an accountant and owner of Kimberly A. Agnor CPA in Howard County. She specializes in providing accounting services for small- and medium-sized businesses.

Carol Dooney

Carol Dooney, LEED AP, is the senior director of Design and Construction for the Howard Hughes Corporation in Columbia, Maryland. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate in design, development and construction.

Mona Lawrence

Administrator – United States Army, Ret.

Mona Lawrence is the administrator for Howard County Veterans Foundation. She is an Army Veteran with over 28 years of service. Mona is a current member of Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) and has previously served as member of the board of directors and advisor to other Veterans organizations. She is married to an Army Veteran.
